I am 46 years old now. I'm 46 years old now, and I've been trying to get 7 hours of sleep and spend time with my family, so I haven't had time to exercise.
So, I run 2km to 5km from my house to the station and from the station to my clients in the daytime, wearing a backpack (about 3kg), black running shoes, and Uniqlo business casual wear. I can run 30-50km per week. I also post some of my daily exercise on my Facebook page.
